Parcel delivery
Switch from Ride to Parcel to send a package. Add the recipient's name and phone number.
Schedule for later
Pick a day and time, and see your upcoming rides in one list.
Live tracking
Follow your driver to the pickup and watch your trip on the map until you arrive.
Ride PIN
Give your driver the PIN shown in your app. The trip starts only with the right PIN.
Chat and call
Message your driver in the app or call them about the pickup.
Share trip and SOS
Share a live-tracking link with family, or raise an SOS if something feels wrong.
Rate and tip
Rate your driver after the trip. Tips are optional, and drivers keep 100% of them.
Favourite or block drivers
Mark drivers you liked as favourites, or block a driver from your trip receipt.
Saved places
Save Home, Work or any place you visit often and book in fewer taps.
Ride history and receipts
Every trip and its receipt in the Activity tab. Raise a support ticket if something went wrong.

Your money goes to your driver
Cash
Pay the driver in cash at the end of the trip.
UPI
Pay from your UPI app to the driver's own UPI ID. LyraRide does not see, hold or take a share of the payment.
