Go online when you want
Switch online to receive requests and offline when you are done. There are no fixed shifts.
Ride requests near you
See the pickup, drop and fare for each request, then accept or decline.
Navigate to pickup
Open navigation to the pickup point and call or message the rider if you need to.
Start with the rider's PIN
Enter the PIN the rider gives you to start the trip, so you always pick up the right person.
Rides and parcels
Take passenger rides, parcel deliveries and scheduled rides from the same app.

See areas on the map where demand is high right now.

What you need
What you need to sign up
The driver app asks for these documents and vehicle details. Our team checks them before you can go online.
Upload a clear photo of each
- Driving licence. Front side, all four corners visible.
- Vehicle registration (RC). The RC book or card for the vehicle you drive.
- Insurance certificate. Must be valid on the day you drive.
- Profile photo. A clear photo of your face. Riders see this.
- ID proof. Aadhaar, PAN or passport.
Some areas may also ask for a police clearance certificate.
Add the vehicle you drive
- Make and model of the vehicle
- The full number plate
- The ride type it fits, for example Auto, Economy or XL
- Seats for passengers
- A smartphone with location turned on. While you are online, the app shares your location, including in the background, so riders can be matched to you
You can add more than one vehicle. Each one is verified before you drive with it.

From download to your first ride

Download and sign in
Get the LyraRide Driver app and sign in with your phone number and a one-time code.

Upload documents and add your vehicle
Take a photo or choose from your gallery. You can see the status of each document in the app.

Get verified and go online
Once our team approves your documents and vehicle, go online and start receiving requests.
